Keep getting a prompt for the fabguys app but have always so far used the browser on my phone.

Any thoughts on which is better and why?

It is whatever suits you

I use the Mobile Web App on my phone and also my laptop. I like how the Mobile Web App is set out and I find it easier to use and also the Mobile Web App is more comfortable on the eye

There is no app, the "mobile web app" is literally just the site in a mobile friendly layout in your browser
