All those big-name, big-reputation managers who never won a thing.

Along comes Ange and the trophy cabinet isn't bare any more.

No-one could blame him if he stuck 2 fingers up to the chairman and just walked away on a high.

Not sure that is his style, though.

How would he be better off walking, when he would be penalised financially for breaking his contract? Levy will sack him in the autumn if he doesn't start the season well.

The thing is with the United manager he keeps playing the same players when got a massive squad of players to choose from plus he should look at the youngsters bet they would play the way the manager wants it was a disgraceful finish for both clubs why united never sacked him I will never know

Yeah he’s playing with Ten Hag’s players who are awful, they’re not physical or good enough for the premier league.

Hojlund, Onana, Ugarte, ageing Casemiro, Garnacho, etc. most of the team is terrible.

I’d give Amorim another season, but he’s not given us anything to buy into yet.

Only issue is, if we invest into his 3 back system with players, and then the next manager has a completely different system, the cycle will just continue.

You've overlooked the injury list.

The fact remains he's added another trophy to his CV and got Spurs into the CL.

I thought you would be happy what with all those Spurs games you attended when you had your 'season-tickets'...

When you were watching Bale flourish...

What season did you start supporting Liverpool?

If I was Ange I would leave now he will be sacked come Christmas time as will that one from man utd. The only get out clause they both have is the three teams promoted will more than likely go down. Come Christmas if Leeds Burnley and Sunderland (who were shite in play off final and semi 2nd leg) will all sack their managers. Southampton did Leicester did. Unfortunately now the premier League is near enough a closed shop like the Scottish league. Will more than likely get a load of flack with this message but you have to be truthfull. I used to live in Kentish Town from where it took me 20 minutes to walk to the ground. These days it's 20 minutes on the tube, they're my local team.

I play walking football with a large group, twice a week, Arsenal fans being the majority. I occasionally play with Arsenal's own community WF group, although the hours don't generally suit.

Many of my neighbours are Arsenal fans, as are guys I'm friendly with at my local leisure centre.

I haven't met a single person who thinks that Arteta should go. If you're a follower of clickbait social media and unnecessary toxic news articles though.........

It was interesting that a Liverpool Supporter on here agreed with me. Yeah it's one person but other supporters of other teams might agree.

They might not.

Whatever they think, having a perceived slight(s) can only cloud judgement.

It very much is a force for good, for numerous reasons. Walking isn't a stroll either, more race-walking pace although if anyone falls or gets knocked down we stop play to make sure they're okay.

Age ranges from 50-83, good for physical and mental well being. No need for oxygen either, I am fit for my age and exercise strenuously several times a week.

"I think that he will be off to Aberdeen haha not back to all them sñiffering crying the mighty unwashed where is your treble gone "

How did your team do this year.... Win anything? Or are they still celebrating getting the odd draw now and then? Losers.

"Serious question: Are Zimmer frames permitted?"

Your ahem, 'pal' and fellow Tim Tommy Sheridan is a big advocate of it. Plays for Pollok United in walking football tournaments.

Thing is if you play regular competitive football at amateur level on hard pitches by 40 your knees are usually done in.

Walking football allies those who can't run at full pace whether due to knee problems, weight gain or breathing issues in their middle-age to partake in playing football late in life.

Nowt wrong with that.

Sounds like you've never actually played football in your life...

Unlucky you...

He won't quit. He will get a severance payout if he gets sacked. On top of the £2m bonus for winning the EL it should be a profitable summer for Ange.

He isn't EPL level. Look at all the poor defeats, especially at home.

He isn't even Brighton or Palace level, hilariously, despite much ridicule from Tim's for someone on here educating them years back...

Ahem.

Some of our players have replacement knees and hips, my own joints are playing up a little as well.

The modern synthetic pitches have a rubber crumb spread over them which helps the ball bounce naturally and cushions the impact on our legs. I also use a gel insole inside my astro turf boots, and have little bad effect after an hour long session.

On top of the £2m bonus for winning the EL that's a very profitable summer for the Fat Bhoy...

😁😂😭🤣

So there is profit in overall failure...

At the end of the day Spurs/Levy will see it as better than having to give Ange £80m+ to spend and then having to sack him in November when Spurs are mid-table at best.

One win at Ibrox... 🤔 With much more cash spent than Gers and those next-level £7m+ players like CCV and Jota...

Nowhere near Brenda's success level overall.

Angeball certainly knows how to walk over the low-block teams though...

I think he's a pragmatic, 'never go back' type guy. He used Scottish 'football' and little Celtic as a stepping stone in his career, blatantly. Glasgow has very limited options outwith football. I bet Golden Boy Ancelotti discovers that quickly. You can understand why Mrs Gerrard kiboshed SGs potential return lol. Ange will get better offers than Septic now...He would be wise to manage in France, Germany, Italy or Spain post-Spurs and I'm sure him and the wife would relish the experience...

Entitled And Arrogant As Per, CSC...

Ange could go to Tuscany or the South of France but he will automatically walk back to Der Piggery... 🤔🙄😏

It ain't happening...

Tish and tosh , Ange is happy with the EPL and will want another crack at it, why go to the continent when he will have a ready made team to not only keep in the EPL but begin to thrive just like the successful teams Fulham, Brighton, Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and Brentford and just as he completed his second trophy prediction he will successfully create a team that stays in the EPL and moves up the table.
