Echoing others - you should have said stop - if you did then it is an assault - I can understand that you may be embarrassed but you should speak to the police.

Also you should seen a medical opinion because you may have damage you are not aware of.

Lastly you might want to get in touch with your local sexual health clinic and get a home test kit just to be safe.
