Its a foregone conclusion that as soon as a Drought is declared official. And all the usual bans come in.

We will have torrential rain for a month. Causing floods, damage and possible loss of life.

But the bans will remain in force!

We wouldn't have to call any drought conditions if the greedy companies had invested more money in infrastructure rather then bonuses and lining their own pockets. Been a money making scam for decades for the chosen few.

It's okay in Scotland, I'm watering the rear lawn right now with sprinklers running full on, certainly drops water pressure when your running an 8 sprinkler system but then we don't have water meters in Scotland and can use as much as we want.

Only 5 of us in house so only 5 bath's at night and 5 showers in morning
