It summer, the sunrise comes through the shutters and you realise your wide awake

Natures alarm clock

In fairness I’m nackered because I don’t go to bed earlier to offset it

The plus is that I’m up , dogs are fed, I’ve had my scrambled eggs, washed the pots, sitting with a brew and I’m going to the gym early soon

Do you find natures alarm clock annoying or take the positives instead

Think I’m on the positives side

I always get up earlier in the summer months - lately I’ve been waking up around 5 or 6 instead of 7 in the winter months. I guess the lighter days energise you while the cold dark winter months just make you want to stay in bed.

Yes I wake with the sunrise. Has its positives and negatives as you say. Sometimes I get up and get a head start on the day but sometimes I can’t be bothered and just chill in bed playing with myself. This morning could still go either way lol

Often swimming by 6:45....& afterwards, you never know who may be in the showers
