Wax or not to wax

I am in my 50's and never tried waxing until today, thought I would give it a try with some strips. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be, not saying it didnt hurt, but no more than a stubborn plaster. What are your experiences, etc.

Not done self waxing but have used a salon before which specialised in male waxing.

I think the initial anticipation far outweighed how much it actually hurt. Subsequent visits were fine

Never tried getting waxed till last year, but now I go regularly to get my back waxed. Certainly not as painful as I thought it would be

I use to go and get waxed, it was ok just getting use to some pain , but not too bad. Need to visit again, but usually shave all over. Cannot beat having no hair . Xx

I used to get waxed before races. Loved it, but my worst experience was when they were running late so I had two waxers working on me at once.

Knees can be tough and the soft areas can be breathtaking

I once bought a hot waxing DIY kit. My kitchen was in an awful sticky mess afterwards. Always went to the salon after that.

I love getting waxed. I go to a salon about every 5 weeks and it feels amazing afterwards. I could never make shaving work for me ... and it's a bugger trying to shave your own bum.

Waxing is the way to go.

I used wax regularly, everything below my navel gone. I stopped due to lock down and very restarted.

It is by far the best way to remove hair.

"Where do guys go to get waxed"

Have a look at the Treatwell website, you will be able to find salons etc that offer this service in your area.

"Where do guys go to get waxed"

I searched for a male grooming (or waxing) salon locally.
