Been meeting this guy and he loves being rimmed which I'm happy to do however I started to ask him to douche, we've never had any issues with mess I just wanted to be certain we wouldn't. Personally I enjoy rimming much more when I know he's douched and there's no chance of mess - I can really get into it at that point. He was happy to douche for me but it got me thinking, personally I think it's just good manners to douche before a guy licks your arsehole. But I'm curious to see what others thing, so let me know.

If the guy is expecting you to be so personally intimate, courtesy and basic common sense and decency dictates that he should automatically pay particular attention to personal hygiene, with even more specific attention to the anal and peri-anal area, the fact that you should have to spell it out to him should have alarm bells ringing!

During the arrangement to meet I’ll mention if rimming is a possibility so would expect both of us to be showered at least if not douched before getting our tongues down there!!

The concensus is a clear yes I'd say. If not a full on douche the least that should be done is a well scrubbed hole. I wouldn't consider rimming if it ain't spotless. But then there are different strokes for different blokes and I don't judge them, I just don't want to be them.

Occasionally, for spontaneous meets, I haven't but would not expect any guy to do it unless that was a kink they had.
