You have to build up a regular base as they'll make up 90% of your attendees.

The event needs to be clearly advertised - people get nervous so need reassurance about what they getting into to get them through the door.

A few tips on the actual event - always invite more tops than bottoms with a majority of vers. 30/50/20 top/vers/bottom ratios is a good rule of thumb. Plan for at least a 30% no show , so invite more than you can host. And provide a chilloit space with a few basics where guys can relax and socialise in - without it guys tend to fuck and go.
