Each time I go to Empire, I would say 5 or 6 don't turn up, and probably never intended to. The saving grace with Empire is that there are plenty of genuine guys there who have nothing to do with this site....but don't give up completely, amongst all of the dreamers, fantasists, liars and timewasters here there are some real diamonds.....just be patient and perhaps try meeting at clubs, saunas and cinemas instead.

It’s very common, as of recent years it’s gotten a lot worse where we’d arrange and get ready for a no show ,and that includes people with so called verifications , from my experience probably 1 in 10 would actually show up.

with the laws changing soon for people to prove age verification/ identification ( not sure exactly) it hopefully will scare some off and keep the genuine ones

Why should age verification achieve this ? Guys who are verified as old enough to be on here are just as likely to blob surely ?

They are bringing some law In where people have to provide identification to prove they are over 18 to access age restricted site , where as currently sites are unfiltered and anonymous so easy for people to set up accounts

Yeah I know that ….but those that can prove they are over 18 just as likely to be timewasters surely - why should it make any difference at all ???

It won’t eradicate it completely, but a lot of people aren’t happy with providing evidential identification with their correct details on , so will stop a lot of the fake accounts which are causing the problem
