Blocked before I even read message

Received a message of introduction this morning, asking if I might be interested. Went to look at the senders profile and I'd been blocked already. I know I was showing online and it took me about an hour to read the message, but while I was logged in on my phone I wasn't actively viewing. It's no wonder some people struggle to meet if they want instant responses.

Pre-wank excitement, vs post-wank regret.

Often happens.

It's becoming a real struggle to use messaging. I'm increasing my use of the friends register.

Think it’s frustration

I get fed up when guys don’t have manners to respond

I will usually follow up because I know some guys have the app on but don’t monitor

If then they’re too rude to reply I block

I block mainly so I don’t waste my time trying again later when I forget the chat

Publicly moaning about being blocked is, I would think, a method of inviting blocks 🤫🤐🤔

It's also a mistake to assume that you know why you've been blocked

It seems a waste of time and energy ruminating over this subject: I'm already wondering why I'm bothering with this 'contribution!' 😳😆

I've no problem with being blocked, been known to block people myself, just seems strange to block someone before getting a reply to a question. Maybe it's my fault for not logging out while I was not actually browsing, but even then I think I'd give it a bit longer for a reply before assuming it's a no.

This has happened to me several times recently and with winks !!

I'm not checking fab 24/7 and when I do check I may not have time to respond immediately.

I'm not bothered by it but it seems bit mystifying why contact someone and then stop them from responding?

I'd just like to suggest to guys to be a bit more patient and wait for a reply.
