The T1 phone is showing Apple and all the knowledgeable tech people up for the liars they are when they said it was not possible to build the iPhone in the USA.

Trump told us that his beautiful T1 phone would be made in the USA. But … now, all references to “Made in the USA” have been removed from the website and instead the Trump T1 is “Proudly American”.

Amazingly, people who actually know about stuff were right again. Words fail …

It turns out that Trump's TI Phone, which sells for $499, is actually a gold T-Mobile REVVL 7 Pro 5G that retails for $172. Trump also says it will eventually be made in the United States, an idea industry analysts call preposterous.

North London (outer)

There's also the Zanco Tiny T1, advertised as the world's smallest phone. Prisoners are known to smuggle these into jail, hidden up their jacksies.

Yes, the country that is home to most of the leading electronics and technology companies, almost all of which maintain US based manufacturing for both R&D and to supply US military. Totally inconceivable that they could build a mobile phone.

Regardless, the original press release said it would be "designed and built in the United States" but the Tramp Mobile website itself now says (conveniently vaguely) that it is "brought to life" in the USA, with "American values in mind" and with "American hands behind every device."

What do you think the tariffs are about?

Labour in western countries is far too high to create these products cheaply.

Hence, China, Vietnam etc etc
