Not everyone with an enlarged prostrate has the same issue you'll be sad to hear. I have an enlarged benign prostrate and it's tablets that control the need to constantly piss yet I can shoot spunk generously and I do have to say . . with a enlarged prostrate you can really feel it when you're fucked!

Had one for some years now. So far benign. Have to have it checked regularly. Later today as a matter of fact. Take pills. Occasionally get through a whole night without the 'bathroom gallop' as I call it. Tend to usually only have to get up once. Frequent urination during the day. More a trickle than a powerful flow. I was on tamsulosin and finesteride. Had feeling of cumming but no spunk, then when i went to pee my boxers were cum stained!!

Stopped both and now shoot properly, worth 3 times a night to pee.

The op can cause ED and has to be repeated about 5 yrs afterwards, although they remove some prostate it grows back!

I have retrograde orgasm. The cum goes into my bladder.

If just on tamsulosin, the same can happen as it weakens the bladder muscle.

Finastaride is horrible. I came of it after 3 months.

was rushed into hospital (2012) with urgent water retention found to have enlarged benine prostate been on finasteride and tamsulin then in 2024 went in for hernia opp and a side effect ended up with catheter in for 4 months and had to have surgery ( TURP opp) where the go up through the cock and shave the gland a 3 hour opp

that was in oct 2025 taken off all pills

things are now just about getting back to normal told will take at least 6 to 8 months so guys keep carefull watch on things and if not offered insist on a PAS blood test
