I think you have the same one as I have, I think the problem is you have the extension on it so it wobbles all over the place I’ve always just connected the dildo straight onto the machine no extension and have I no complaints does the job. It’s also best to have the plate at the bottom against something so it can’t move away as the suction cups for it are useless, well mine are anyway. Think I paid £130 for it I have no doubt the machines that cost £500 or more would be levels above mine but it does the basics and have no complaints with it.
