Once generally won't do it completely. Twice is good.

I just use the shower hose running lukewarm. Then you basically have to shit out the water and everything else, let it all go, then repeat just to be sure.

Remember to not have the water hot just lukewarm and not to high pressure. It should just come out of the nozzle. Too high and Itll damage your intestine or got too high and you’ll never be clean.

You do it until the water runs clean then stop.

Diet and hydration play a key role here buddy.

Try taking a fibre supplement with lots of water daily.

I highly recommend psyllium husk. When take regular it can make douching quick and easy.

Another trick is Imodium. A good few hours before you indeed to play

I’ve used the douche ball and the shower attachment and found it varies how many times it takes me to run clear but usually 4 - 6.

Then I’ll wait about 10 minutes and do another couple to be safe.

Remember to not have the water hot just lukewarm and not to high pressure if using a shower attachment, It should just come out of the nozzle.

I actually prefer using a small pump type enema . Again you can get them on Amazon . I think mine is 600ml but you can easily control the amount of water going up compared to a shower head . You really do need to watch that the water is the right temp - not too hot and doesn’t go too high in your intestine . That’s why I don’t like a shower but prefer pump . About 3 applications usually does it shitting out after each one till you run clear . It’s also pretty horny administering one , although not interested in what comes out !

You can buy an anal probe on AMONZON . Attach anal probe to shower flexible pipe insert probe for no more ten seconds sit on loo to evacuate do that about 4/5 times. Be very gentle with the water pressure just gently does it. High fibre diet drink plenty of water during the day will help.

Just had our sexual health check up. It’s true you can still get STD’s, so I endorse the comments above. Prep is only for prevention of HIV nothing else.

It can take a while to douche fully. I take long toys. Aound 5ft length. I take a ducolax the night before play and 3 psyllium husks (Holland Barratt). This should naturally help to empty you. Then douche until you are completely clear. This can take 15 mins to over an hour. I then check with a dildo. There are plenty of good guides and videos available. I'm clear for 3 days after fully douching.

I use a pump instead of a shower attachment. Find it a lot easier to use. Usually 5 or 6 uses before I'm totally clean. I always use a few dildos to check that I am fully clean and and to fully open me up (the final dildo is 8" and 1.5" thick)
