What are your experiences of douching? I have been using a bulb which I find very fiddly. I have just seen the shower attachments which look really good but wonder if any of you have used one and how it was. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if it's just a special talent, but I manage pretty well just unscrewing the shower head and getting the end of the hose right up against my hole, then relaxing like when I'm about to take a cock or dildo, and feeling the water rush in (no penetration required). A few seconds and I'm nice and full and ready to expel

As mentioned above, keep it lukewarm only and as little pressure as will suffice to get the water up there.

I unscrew the shower head and insert tube about 8 inch in and let the water do it for me. I can regulate pressure by relaxing my hole. Horrible job

I use a pump type, need a bit of lube and the end is 4" so gives a good clean. Tried the shower attachments but the pressure was too great. Always make sure I'm fully clean, may take some time but I know I'm fully clean and ready for cock.

I use the bulb coz its NOT fiddly. Believe me, I don't have the patience for much so if some thing is fiddly, no way im fucking with it. Found the basic bulb with the nozzle very easy, slides in and out and does the trick.

I use a shower to douche and do it with plenty of time to spare. Once done I’ll insert a but plug and keep that for a while. Remove while sitting over the toilet, any residual water should have been encouraged out by then.

Personal kink, but also like to insert a tampon. "

Our electric shower seems to be either way too hot or way too much pressure and no middle ground I would risk internally. A bulb is my go to method, I take my time doing it, 3 or 4 goes and then walk away, invariably there will be a need to dash to the loo. Then repeat and walk away, usually I'm OK then but I always repeat again and so far I've never had any embarrassment. Getting clean and giving time for any deep water to escape seems to be the trick for me
