Forget about the commercial Lands End flop. Go to the most southerly point instead on the Lizard.

Go every summer, plenty to do depends what you’re after, adrenaline quarry is very good, st makes is very nice, good place to park get ferry over to Falmouth, jet ski hire a Carlyon bay is great if it’s a hot still day, st ives is nice but park at st etc and get the train, no parking in st ives. There’s lots of great beaches on both coasts. Kynance cove is particularly nice. Depends what stuff you want to do

Yep, I get that I’m the same, lanhydrock is stunning great ceiling in the gallery, trerice house is nice but better at Christmas. If you have english heritage then tintagle is worth a visit (great pasty shop pendragon pasties) then the two castles at st mawes and pendennis. They have a joust and the Warwick warriors knights battle at pendeninis always good fun. You can get a boat up the river from Falmouth to trelisik house, house not great but amazing gardens. Veryan bunker is well worth a visit. It’s not easy to get to and only open 1 day each month book on line. St Anthony’s head with a visit too

Lands end is VERY commercialised, and extremely expensive for what it is.

The lizard is a lot quieter, and prettier. I preferred it much more.

As a regular visitor to Cornwall for 20 years plus , twice a year ,have seen pretty much most of it.There are some beautiful places and beaches , depends what you want , As has been mentioned Lands End is over rated and expensive , Port Isaac is lovely but get there before 9.00 am to park , Padstein again lack of parking after 11.00 ish. I found South Coast better, Mevagissey, Fowey, Charlestown , Looe and Polperro , although the parking in Polperro is way too expensive , run by a local I think so charges what he wants . Just have a browse on internet and see what suits you . Enjoy .

Liskeard

I love in Liskeard, eigth miles inland of Looe.

The general rule of thumb for parking is coast bad, inland good.

We have a branch line Train to Looe ,if you want st Ives, goto st erth and use their branch line(very scenic).

Newquay park at par, Falmouth park at Truro.

There are some nice little gems as well that most people miss such as Hayle.(A massive golden beach).

Happy for you to message if you need more information.
