For any VM customers.

I have been unable to access my VM emails, for a few days.

I called them yesterday, & it turns out that they have a fault in their system.

They expect it to be fixed by Friday.

A lot of customers are affected.

Makes me glad I ditched Virgin Media a couple of years ago. Split my services up. I’m lucky enough to be in a Toob area so get broadband from them £29 per month 900mb both directions and no in contact price rises, sky stream for TV and Vonage for landline (VOIP) - nearly halved what Virgin were charging me. Then got an outlook.com e-mail.

I made the big mistake of leaving Sky and going with BT open reach. What a joke of a company they turned out to be 12 weeks of hell trying to get broadband and TV. Luckily because they were so bad I managed to get out of the contract. Never again

Even after I cancelled they still tried to sign me up!

Wifi issues are often not related to broadband suppliers. Common causes of slow wifi are old or poorly sited routers. Another wifi killer is a nearby(neighbour) router transmitting on the same channel. You can get wifi test/analyser Apps that run on your phone to check this.
