Well if you go somewhere that you know is that dodgy then you take your chances. Honestly with all the things that can go wrong with fillers and cosmetic surgeries, why risk it? Maybe spend that cash on raising your self esteem instead.

Well Botox or botulinum toxin to give it its proper name is a poison that used to kill people from spoiled or contaminated food just like salmonella. Are people mad - and I fear that the answer is yes in some cases.

Stop being a prisoner to your negative thoughts about your body or penis.

You are much greater than that. Have respect for yourself please.

Nothing wrong whatever body types, shapes you are or your penis size. You are as good as you are. All bodies are beautiful whatever you are born with in my opinion.

If you have a low self esteem, please talk with a GP instead of taking personal risks. Botux won't make you feel better because the problem is internal not external and the emotional satisfaction is only temporary. Some people who have botux and fillers ended up with an ugly disfigured, wrinkled face, penis or body.
