More seriously - this is a “How long is a piece of string?” question, as everyone’s body is different and everyone’s alimentary canal is not doing exactly the sane thing every day.

It's like how often do you poo in a day? If you're one and done it might last all day. If you're more regular, who knows? A lot depends on diet and metabolism.

Also anal sex tends to er, move stuff about somewhat. I've had totally clean anal after a douche but then had to shit fairly soon after.

If youre thinking of douching every day, then please dont do that.

A good douche before a meet should be fine for the evening. But douching every day is going to cause irritation, possible inflamation and/or infection
