"What's wrong with the normal way of age verification that people are so bothered about" I”m not prepared to upload my face or credit card details to some firm I’ve never heard of whose suddenly, popped up to cash in on this and quite probably has questionable levels of security so may leak/get hacked. | |||

"What's wrong with the normal way of age verification that people are so bothered about" It not about age verification in itself, it is about who holds your data, can it be missed used in the future, can it be released if the company is hacked, who owns the company, under what jurisdiction is your data is stored, can your data be linked to particular websites and will you data be mined for marketing? The " what have you got to hide " argument doesnt wash...err..my date of birth and driving licence details for starters.... Age verification is government Backdoor ID but with hackers thinking its Xmas come early.. | |||

Obviously, xhamster and the like do the full nonsense, but some of the other streamers actually offer items from xhamster. I won't say who, admin wouldn't like it and I don't want to assist the morality police, but seek a bit, and you will find. | |||

"As much as I don't want my data out there, everyone has it anyway.. so I just do the verification and have it set up to a passkey, so it's real quick and you just type a 4 digit pin I'm not paying for a VPN just to watch porn and any free VPNs are totally selling your data to cover costs." . That is the point about age verification companies..the companies ( 5 main ones) have already been hacked.. your info may now be in the hands of hackers..using your identification for criminal gain.. (The DVLC may have your details..but have strict anti hacking protocols..plus they aren't making billions profit..like age verification companies).. Not all free vpns are as you put it "totally selling your data" ..Proton vpn does not sell or store your details ..or keep log in details( look it up ). If you read all comments above you'll find you dont need vpns anyway ( as far as adult porn sites go) Scroll down on a few browsers etc , past the bigger porn sites..and sites readily available ( as most teenagers probably already know.) | |||
