How many of you do this? I've recently joined a gym and post workout followed a slim, tanned smooth bodied young guy into the shower cubicles. He showered in the cubicle opposite me without a curtain whereas mine had one but I could see his outline through the curtain and must admit I got hard and started wanking but did get a pang of guilt watching.

Same here. Also played rugby for a good many years both in the army and civilian life. Most rugby clubs had communal baths or showers so you all got in stark naked and cleaned yourself off at close quarters. Of course you looked.
