Has anyone else had this condition and can give me some advice on how to deal with the discomfort?

Shame they can't keep the swelling but remove the pain.

Suffering this condition for years. Normally no pain but a bit of discomfort when walking. Wearing a jockstrap helps. On on occasion I had one drained by a needle under a local anaesthetic. Wa hardly aware of it happening but later it felt as if I'd been kicked in the bollocks by a boot with steel toecaps.

Epsom Salt baths can help. Out a decent amount in and soak for 20-30 mins. It draws out the fluid, not a huge amount but perhaps enough to ease the discomfort. Works for me, once a week.
