The thing that when a conversation starts makes you think "yeah, I want to meet this guy and do sexy with him".

For me it's articulacy, the willingness to express desires with more than just a lazy "mmmmm babe", and that way a conversation just flows immediately, like when it feels right it probably will be when you meet. Honestly I'm usually OK with a single sentence as an opener provided if shows some sign they've read my profile and isn't just an obvious cock-in-hand comeon. But the attraction has to grow from there quite quickly.
