If you drop litter you can be fined that fine if not paid can lead in time to a custodial.

If youre a highways contractor you can leave loads of huge metal signs and sand bags st junctions and precarious positions after youre complete and its fine.

Well if they have a blue badge they are allowed to park on double yellow lines (if they follow the rules of displaying their badge and setting the clock to show their arrival time and leave with in the 3 hour limit) 🫣

I think you just put your own point under a lot of pressure 😆 but I like your thinking.

Funnily enough the only people I know with blue badges are in their 20-40s

I expect that’s a bit of an anomaly.
