Good advise. Honestly, talk to your doctor if you're comfortable. They've heard it all before. I was talking to mine about the brown bottle and butt plugs the other day. He didn't bat an eyelid.

I take quite a while to cum and often don't cum from just anal unless I have a bit of a connection/trust. I usually finish myself off after they cum.

If I do cum, The trick for me is to just go into that place in my head - the place you go when you want to cum when you play alone.

I also tend to focus too much on the other person and making sure they are enjoying it. So when I ignore them a bit (I know that sounds bad lol), I can generally cum.

It could also be a sign of some other underlying medical problem. Peripheral neuropathy Is a loss of sensation (you learn about this with Diabetes) and strangely enough you can suffer with this in your cock, this may cause ED but it can also affect the normal sexual function, so you may not be getting the normal feelings that help lead to cuming. Again it is worth speaking with your doctor to make sure there is not an underlying medical condition that you are not aware of.
