For example from the gaydar threads, the site went down hill after a more “global” redesign and you could no longer check by town. That site is now full of scammers with fake profiles so is now worthless using. That is causes and effect. You may not agree with my observations- fair enough, BUT you fail to advance any alternative explanation for the “perceived” deterioration of the site. Whether or not an “individual” is interested in a particular type or not has no bearing on the effect that the current mix has on other members remaining on the site, and if the effect is that more people leave because of it then the site is going to go the way of gaydar if they are not careful. | |||

In addition to that, I don't know the statistics but there also seems to be less gay men. Gay men on fabguys are more likely to accommodate and less likely to waste your time from my experience. If my hunch is right, this gay website is less appealing to men that can atleast admit they're here to meet men. They've gone elsewhere. The user base has changed. I probably won't be buying another membership. I can talk about and sift though comments about knickers and women's talk on other websites. Let the fantasists and pic collectors have the website since the admins/owners have no interest in basic quality of life changes like more forum categories for CDs/wife chat. | |||

" I agree with you, purely from observation the user base does seem to have changed and the site doesn’t seem to be what it once was. Would be interesting to know where they are going now, although not something to be talked about here as it is against the rules, and you would probably have those that are slowly killing this site go there as well.
