"AI Overview states that "Magnesium may help with erections by boosting nitric oxide production, which is essential for blood flow to the penis. Some research also suggests magnesium intake is linked to better cardiovascular health, which also supports erectile function. While evidence is limited, especially for orgasm, low magnesium levels are sometimes associated with muscle contractions and premature ejaculation. A 2022 study found higher trace mineral (including magnesium) intake in men without erectile dysfunction compared to those with it. Have anyone who takes magnesium supplement regularly experiences a stronger throbbing bouts of erection? I do. How about you," You head this Forum thread with “Is magnesium more effective in treating erectile dysfunction?” thus inviting other users to give input to the question you posed, only to then close the opening post with “Have anyone who takes magnesium supplement regularly experiences a stronger throbbing bouts of erection? I do. How about you” So you take magnesium supplements already..? And it gives you “stronger throbbing bouts of erection”…? (I’m not sure that actually sounds healthy myself.) Why are you asking other people if you already have the answers?

"L’Arginine is probably a better way to enhance nitrous oxide levels." Another intelligent comment. Yes, Arginine does increase nitric oxide levels and relaxes blood vessels.

"This one may be devisive, but there is research to back it up (and I do use it myself) - progesterone - precursor to testosterone and helps sex drive. Men can be deficient in this also - also helps with prostate enlargement. " Interesting. Thank yiu for sharing. Where can I buy them please ?

Where can I buy them please ?" you can buy a bio equivalent (wild yam) from iHerb online it’s quite cheap - try a bit rub inside of thighs and balls - halve the dose as a full pump is too much. It will also accumulate in the skin so go easy. I believe if you put it on in the evening it can also help with sleep. I strongly advise doing your own research but it appears to be used and researched for this purpose. My sex drive is very high with this I’ve played around on and off for 3 years - too much has the opposite effect btw.

"Go see your doc if you’re having trouble getting it hard or keeping it hard. Don’t mess about with all these chemicals. Doc will know what to do considering your medical history and any meds if you’re currently are on them. DONT MESS ABOUT WITH YOUR HEALTH. It might give you an erection and a heart attack at the same time. " very good advise, I choose to completely ignore it however I’m in the Bryan Johnson self experimentation camp and have never been healthier but I can’t recommend it to anyone else as there is the potential to get it very wrong also costs me a lot of money!

The thread is about whether have anyone used magnesium which can be found in multivitamins too and what are its effects they have experienced. I have used magnesium and I just like to know whether people who used them have similar effects like I experienced.

" there were a few recommendations for alternatives for ed on this post that were not direct answers to the ‘magnesium’ experience, one point of correction men also need a small amount of progesterone and it does play a role in male sex drive it is NOT only a female hormone - if you don’t believe me google it. I believe ED is similar to premature balding - the canary in the coal mine for vascular dysfunction and hormanal imbalance due to bad lifestyle choices.

"If cheap (or expensive) herbal remedies and vegetable or fruit diets were any good they would have been approved by NIHCE following extensive research and trials…… but they haven’t. Can you think why? It’s time to adopt a scientific approach not just accept the snake-oil-peddling apothecaries’ scams and heresay and rumour to improve your health ." anything to do with no money for research and no ability to patent/control? "If you have a deficiency in any specific mineral or vitamins, you will experience problems. Most people do not need to take supplements peddled by charlatans in order to boost anything. Over ingestion of any vitamin or mineral can be more harmful long term to your overall health and can contribute to health problems. If you have an ED problem, consult a Dr. If you feel unwell, consult a Dr. " The thread is about whether have anyone used magnesium which can be found in multivitamins too and what are its effects they have experienced. "Pickled or cooked fresh beetroot?" pickling is proven to be good for cellular function I believe - acetate changes the cellular metabolism in a beneficial way - acetate is also a common element of fermented food like kefir and this helps improve fat based rather than glucose based metabolism - google acetate and cellular function - the ai is based on an actual peer reviewed article and research
