I'm on daily Cialis 5 mg for Blood pressure, which works better than other BP meds I've been on and Dr is happy. It's commonly prescribed for ED but in my case given for lowering blood pressure as that it was originally invented for moving on the usage as an ED drug instead.

I have no problems getting erections either but for some reason it makes it harder for me to cum so I give up pounding away. Lol

Anyone else on similar?

Yes, I’m on daily tadalafil 5mg after prostate radiotherapy. Works fine - no problems.

I am on 2 blood pressure tablets 1 prostate tablet.

Some times when wanking I get the feeling but no cum or very little 😕
