Small village near Hay-on-Wye Powys [Breconshire as was] Got called Three Cocks after the hotel there. Not been there for awhile. Excellent garden centre and cafe. Also a very good pub called The Barn. Not sure if they are still going.

The village used to get referred to as The Proud Man locally.
