Have any of you guys tried or are on wegovy .thinking about trying so I can help my diet ..

Everything seems to be failing with me. I think my next move though will be to consult a GP [if I can jump through enough loops to get an appointment] before risking wasting money on anything else.

I'm ok when im in work im kept busy so dont feel like eating. But I struggle at nights and weekends .so I thought I'd give it a go as it stops you feeling hungry

Try very low carbs. The only thing that I ever found easy to stick with. Feel more energetic and able to lose fat rapidly without feeling hungry. Can also put T2 diabetes into remission if done properly under medical supervision.

The Wegovy and similar Semaglutide type drugs have some significant side-effects, and the weight-loss includes muscle and bone, not just fat.

I hear what you are saying. Retired now and at home a lot of the time so all to easy to nip into the kitchen and raid the cupboards. Never used to feel hungry at work. Would often do long shifts without a food break. Also used to do a lot of driving and was never one to stop off at cafes or shops for food.
