I see guys with glasses perched on top of their heads when they're in the steam room, then towelling them dry afterwards. Luckily, I can make do without mine.

I have never experienced sauna action. I tried once with glasses that steamed up. I can't see far without. In the Canaries after peering round I realised I was the only person wearing trunks.

I went to the sauna the other week without my glasses, left them in the car. Saw this drop dead gorgeous guy, chatting in the steam room he tells me his name is Russell and I probably know him off the telly. Asks me if I want to go back to his. I'm pretty sure it's Russell Tovey (one on my all time favs) so obviously I agree like a shot. Imagine my surprise and, if I'm totally honest, disappointment, when outside in the car park with my glasses on I discover he's Russell Grant.

I can manage without mine in most saunas.

The only time I really struggled was at a Cummunion night at Zeus Mansfield

The lights were dimmed and it was not a comfortable experience, especially negotiating the stairs.

Probably contributed to the worst night I've had at a sauna

Use washing up liquid to clean your glasses shouldn't steam up.

Washing up liquid works but I usually try and manage without mine
