You could try you local gym a lot of the chain ones offer a freer session to go through things. Be as honest as you can with them.

If you’re looking for a free trainer on here I wouldn’t put too much hope but

YouTube could be somewhere to start

Easier said than done. A lot depends on your metabolism and also can be affected by any other medication you are on. I eat healthily and have tried just about every diet in the book. If, by some miracle, I can get a GP appointment I will discuss it with him/her.

Metabolism increases dramatically when you engage in exercise though. I've shifted a lot of weight in the last few years, and it's down to intensive gym sessions and swimming. I haven't altered my diet much either.

I understand you have mobility issues but most council owned leisure centres offer classes for all ages. Sign up through the NHS program, it's heavily subsidised for two years.

So if your are talking about Ozempic it's hell as although effective your biggest metabolism producer muscle is shed.

You might want to try something like clenabutural

About 6 years ago the GP, where I was living at the time, gave me a 16 week referral to a gym. Still had to pay a nominal fee and at the end of the 16 weeks I continued to go and got a favourable deal. It was doing me a lot of good though I hardly lost weight. Covid brought things to an end and I have moved house twice since. Another GP would not give me a gym referral but suggested Slimmer's World but the nearest was 15 miles away and in the evening and I won't drive after dark. Hoping for more luck with my new doctors surgery.

Depends what you consider eating healthily. Calorie deficit will see you lose weight no matter what medication you are on. Average male should eat around 2500 calories per day, if you cut down to 1800-2200 calories per day you will shed weight. May be slow but losing weight is not easy no matter how you go about it.
