Martin Turner's bass on Sometime World is in a different league. It's one of those things that could "pass you by again" until you really listen to it. Forget the lead guitars, the bass is what's really happening on that track.

I first saw them on The Word, Channel 4's late-night Friday show in the early '90s. What a great program that was, nothing goes near it these days.
