I exercise at home. A few chin ups here, a session on dumbbells there. Can’t bear the gym anymore. So easy to do isotonics etc round the house. Get the steps in! What do you guys do to keep fit?

Great youtube workouts galore!

I do Yoga with Adriene, have done for many years now.

I do hiit/weights with Tiff x Dan (he's welllllll fit)

Then lots of running just off my own thing, no club.

I do loads of stuff out of the house like hockey, climbing, swimming and kayaking so at home it’s confined to stretching and strength stuff to keep my oldening bones in the right shape.

Yeah I train at home. Simple body weight exercises. 10-15 mins in the morning and that’s it.

Most days and I take the odd day or two off.

Keeps me healthy and strong.

Never been much of a gym person.

Not a fan of the equipment or people being there.

Polar opposite, I can't work out at home, just cannot motivate myself.

I had a cardio session today which I could do at home but went to the gym.

My gym is just a gym though, not a health club, come resort come

It's a nice atmosphere the owners a really good lad, and even though I'm one of the older patrons, I don't feel out of place at all.

I admire anyone who has the self-discipline to exercise at home. All to easy to put it off for an hour which then turns into tomorrow but, as we all know, tomorrow never comes. When my gym closed, due to Covid, I promptly bought an exercise bike but found I rarely use it yet I would do long sessions on an exercise bike at the beginning and at the end of my gym sessions.

I do exercises for my shoulders that the physiotherapist i went to taught me.

I quite enjoy doing them, doesn’t take too long to do.

I do a number of stretching exercises, I do try to use my weights but I'm not as disciplined!

I will do a couple of walks a week too to exercise outside and get some air.

Google it to what you can do, it's easier.
