"Why don’t they go for real criminals, druggies and fly tipper and the like" To be fair, having sex outdoors is illegal so criminal behavior ie out raging public decency, drug dealers arrested would horrify gay men ax where would they get there gear from and the amount of empty jonny and lube wrappers left laying around , there is your making a right mess. I guess the police are spot on. | |||

I guess the police are spot on." Sex in a public place isn’t an offence, unless it’s witnessed or there’s a reasonable chance at least two members of the public might see what’s happening. In this case you could be charged with outraging public decency. Exposure (showing your genitals with the intention that they are seen in order to cause alarm or distress) is an offence. It’s also not an offence to wait to meet a guy with the intention of arranging to have sex in private…… maybe that’s what the police were doing? | |||
