Why is it I can get on fabswingers but not on fabguys , seems like prejudice to me , I might write to my MP , I think he’s on here 😁, ask him to bring it up in parliament, but there again, I best not , wife might find out 🤔

I use that DuckDuckGo search engine and it seems to get around the restrictions that I get from Google.

Use your phone's data access rather than the WiFi. Use a proxy to relay to your required website.

How does a VPN work if you're using wi-fi on a train, and they've blocked access to certain sites?"

Because when you use a VPN it does not say "go to fabguys.com". It goes to a relay, which then directs to fabguys.com. And, the request is encrypted so their wifi management software can't see where you want to go anyway.
