It’s not a magic bullet - you need to be aroused for it to work. If viagra “don’t even work” then maybe the ED is not a physical issue, but a psychological one.

Boots sildenafil is exactly the same as Viagra, it’s just a different generic name. Like ‘Fairy liquid’ and ‘detergent’. Similarly tadalafil is exactly the same as Cialis. The dosages are different for tadalafil and sildenafil though as they are different medications, just like the dosages of Aspirin and Paracetamol are different. Don’t mess about with mixing these up and/or using inhaled substances at the same time as it can be dangerous. ⚠️

Be very careful using both, one raises blood pressure while the other reduces it. Your heart does not like it.

It can lead to fainting, heart attack, stroke or death.

If you are doing both less is more

Viagra and little bottles are a definite no-no. Also anyone using GTN spray for angina should avoid using Viagra for about 24hours after last use of GTN. Using both together can cause your blood pressure to crash.

I wouldn't risk it. I did both together once when I was younger and I ended up with spider veins on my foot which have never gone. Worst case you could drop dead.

I used both together and ended up in hospital with a suspected heart attack. It wasn't but the doctor told me I was lucky and if I ever tried it again then I might not be so fortunate.

Yes, both decrease blood pressure. Viagra/etc work by relaxing the valves that control blood flow, and thus allowing extra blood into areas not normally that full = erection!
