I'd speak to your g.p first or the local chemist.

as has been said if you're on any heart or high blood pressure meds then you'll be excluded as both can cause serious issues.

Fortunately I get mine free on the NHS due to getting free prescriptions for another health condition 😉

Yes you can!

I'm on Amlodapine blood pressure tablets. My Dr prescribed 50mg Sildenafil.
