You'll need to try several designs before finding the one that suits you best I suspect. However, go for the smallest you can get yourself into, you'll be more comfortable in the long run.

Personally I find the steel ones much more comfortable than plastic ones.

Also, I've found the ones with a steel urethral tube to be both easier to pee from, and much harder to get out of.

A small cage is pretty invisible through clothing, I wear mine all the time (it's not my choice).

This is the way.

Watch out for some of the cheaper metal ones though, some have sharp edges and are not stainless steel..

Totally agree. Metal over plastic/silicone and go for something small as it will be more comfy for longer-term wear. I use the elastic straps which hold the cage closer to my body and helps with comfort too. Good luck.
