Thinking of going to Brighton next week and staying at one of the hotels in Kemptown? Anyone been? How are they?

Stayed in Kemptown a few times and never had any problems . I always book a double room though.

Last time I stayed in Brighton was at a really nice B&B in Kemp Town. Would definitely recommend.

I usually stay in an AirBnb in Upper Rock Gardens and stayed at various B and Bs over the years. Close to the beach, pier, and centre. The area has a reputation as bit rough at times but I've no had any major problems. Every big city has a darker side and Brighton is no better or worse in my experience.
