Earlier today I dropped into a motorway services to grab a quick shower. I’m stuffed full of cold and feel a bit crappy, so a shower was the perfect time to just have a relax and feel a little better.

I didn’t look before I stepped in and stripped. Half way through, I noticed a largish hole drilled in the side, groin height. There was also someone on the other side kneeling, watching.

Fuck off. Can’t a bloke who’s away from home all week just have a fucking shower in peace?

Some of us have to use public toilets/ showers and other facilities. In the last few months I’ve been approached whilst going for a shit, showering and brushing my teeth. Again. Fuck off. I’m just going about my daily life.

It got so bad at Lymm services that they now record everyone going in and out of the mens toilets with plenty of signs on anti social behaviour.

Some blokes need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Gloryholes are the end of the rainbow find these days.

70s 80s and early 90s before the internet gloryholes were everywhere or cubicles with a large gap between them underneath.

It’s all about consent. He didn’t consent sent to it therefore wrong. Say that he has previously used one is like dragging up a victim’s sexual history after they’ve been sexually assaulted.

I can’t believe people still think sexual history is relevant to consent.

I dunno. In this instance I dont think you could class the public one a glory hole. A bit of a large peephole maybe. Would only class it as a gloryhole if theyre was physical contact made. Having said that, I think everyone's missing the whole point of the purpose of a gloryhole here. 99.99% of gloryholes would be in the public domain. So maybe the guys gripe is more a generational issue. In my opinion, gloryhole activity, however tame or active, is pretty sleazy to say the least, weather it be public or private. So if your gonna be sleazy one day, you can't really give out about someone else being sleazy the next. In my opinion that is.
