Teenager's have gone feral there's no discipline at home or school and this needs addressing as things will only get worse

Saw a bit of this on Breakfast news tv, utterly disgusting behaviour from teens that know that even if they get caught nothings going to be done to them, at worst their parents will get fines.

They need a short sharp shock to be made to realise their actions have serious consequences.

They definitely wouldn't like it if it was a bunch of blokes filming them and wouldn't be so cocky then!

Agree, they've clearly not had that discipline and respect installed into them by their parents.

Teenagers are dreadful now. Their level of expertise on subjects that are private (sex and couples) is immense. They know all about STDs.

In schools by me they are now pulling the male teachers trousers down.

I was nothing like that in the eighties. I blame the parents.

Out & about

Blame the parents and the holier than thou brigade who for decades have pushed against discipline of the poor little darlings. Society is now seeing the fall-out from such woke virtual signalling

It is the responsibility of the parents, teachers in school have had their hands tied these days. The little petals should have gone to my school, some of our teachers were kicked out of the gestapo for cruelty.

"It is the responsibility of the parents, teachers in school have had their hands tied these days."

And Parents don’t.

Feral is pretty much how my wife (secondary teacher) describes it too.

Definitely got way worse since covid lockdowns and a generation of kids only socialising via online means for a couple of years, so unfiltered aggression via screens making them think they can act like that in real life.

Regular occurrence:

Kids calling teachers fucking bitches/dickheads

Fistfights in class

Tiktok pranks in class (like everyone pretending to faint at the same time, or water fights)

Online pile-ons adding a new and vivid dimension to in-person bullying

This before you even mention knives etc.

A lot of highly experienced staff have put their own needs first and taken early retirement or just shifted careers, to get away from the grinding depression of trying to teach kids who literally don't give a fuck and will not behave.

A clip around the ear did me know harm.

Bring back corporal punishment.

Even that wouldn’t be enough these days to put some degree of dignity in society in these ferrel kids.

I think as always it's the dickheads (that exist at all ages) who are the ones that gets the light shinned upon them... Because they are the ones grabbing the attention.

For every broccoli haired group of 14 year old wankers, there will be hundreds more normal teens who are just living their lives...

I think we just see the worst of the worst and lump them all in together.

There are plenty of loudmouth, attention seeking, disrespectful little shits out there at the moment though... Or maybe I'm just getting older
