Hi all

I am heading down to ME1 sauna on Saturday morning.

Can anyone give any feedback on how busy it might be on a Saturday morning and any tips.

I’ve not been to a sauna before and am rather nervous.

Get into the sauna, undree and put towel on.

Then get a free coffee and sit in TV lounge for at least 5 minutes for eyes to adjust

Go up to top floor, turn left, enter darkroom and see what happens

ME1 is on 3 floors and has plenty of facilities. Reasonable prices, clean, and friendly staff

I have had a piss scene in the wet room with 4 others

What more do you expect from a sauna ?
