Hi all im wanting to try bottom.after years of top. Ive got toys n used lube but still hurts . Maybe im not relaxed or clench etc , any tips

Just be patient, small steps, work your way up in size, plenty and I mean plenty of lube and relax. I often find that if i haven't used my toys or been fucked for a little while, even a few weeks then I need to start from scratch again because toys that would normally go in easily won't go in without some pain, not sure if that's the case for everyone but I need to keep on top of it.

Just take your time & build your way up, it gets easier the more you practice, I can now ride my mrs rampant rabbit (when she is out) & it's got a good girth, much easier to take if I've been lucky enough to get rimmed 1st

Try a smaller toy and more lube. But really you just need to relax.
