Yes..the one I have which i purchased from Amazon, has its own regulator on it so you can control the flow from a little dribble to the full power of the shower. Wouldn't recommend the full flow lol

I have a douche and the nozzle fits in the shower tube if I take the head off. Works fine for me.

I just use the shower hose and normal insert it about 7-8 inches and let it fill me and empty naturally for 5-8 min. Then the waiting game starts of allowing my system to clear it out naturally. Then once I'm sure I will inset a long dildo to check that all contents are cleared and no residue.

I have the shower Attachment its easy to use does a good job ,however as a bottom I also have a high fiber diet and use flaxseeds I only douche/enema before a meet xx
