Hi all looking for advice please …

I love my hole being played with and used but wanted to check how to prep for it.

I don’t have equipment to prep for it

What I do is a few hours before a meet I go to toilet and a hour later try go again and after the second go I wash my hole with soap and water pushing my fingers up as much as I can to see if all clean …

Is this sound ok or is there a better method?

Like not eating a day before well not a lot and should you try go to the toilet before a meet

Definitely worth eating some high fibre stuff in advance and having a clear out.

It is possible to douche with a shower hose (with the head off) if you go cautiously with the water pressure and heat. Just hold it to your hole and relax, you'll feel the inrush of water, then hold it in for as long as you can, sit on the loo and expel it (it'll feel like diarrhoea but what the hell, it's worth it after). Repeat at least once more and you should be reasonably clean up there. If you keep pooping the brown stuff you probably need to keep going. Have a final thorough wash in the shower and you should be good to go!

Use baby bath type of soap less chance of irritation that normal body sap could cause.

Get a bulb type douche and use body temp plan clean water a few hours before

If you don’t have a douche then a high fibre diet will be your best friend

Try and get 30 grams a day, that way you’re almost always ready without ever needing to actually douche, or if you do, it just takes one or two tries.

Unscrew your shower head and you could use that

Why not just buy a douche??? Not exactly expensive.

Great question OP, these type of details are really good to know for people like myself who are new to this and want to be as comfortable as possible during a meet. Well done for asking, and great to get these replies too, good hints and tips
