A gay doctor know once told me that most top guys (certainly those on ‘the scene’) use blue pill medication. Does anyone under say 50 regularly use it? And how old are/were you when you became dependent on them for satisfying sex?

I use them regularly and would suggest:

No more than 1 in 24hours

Drink planty of water, it helps with the headaches

Only take one if you are expecting to have sex. Never take 'on spec'
