"Not, I'm not talking about Rachel Thieves. In the morning I make a pot of tea using leaves and then take upstairs to drink tea in bed. However, my best Micasa teapot unfortunately broke after a few years and I couldn't find a teapot that particular size. So, I used a cafetiere and not only does the tea taste great , I don't need a strainer. How do others brew a perfect cup? In afternoons I do the lazy way,I use tea bags. Lol. ☕ Invite me over for a cuppa and ***" You'd be welcome any time

"Yorkshire tea is now using plant based bags and it taints the flavour of the tea.....I will have to find a strainer and empty the bags into a pot " Why not buy the Yorkshire loose tea? About £2.50 a bag. Much easier. I blend it with M&S strong tea. Brew a minimum of 4-5 minutes. Tea strainers a £1 from poundland. Medium teapot £10 from John Lewis or many in charity shops ![]()
