They're a pair of scumbags. They dug into the govt VIP trough, that enabled them to elbow aside competent suppliers, charged well over the odds for crap product that was unusable and had to be burnt, and salted the money away.

If you think that's "smart", it says nothing about them, but a lot about you. It's the kind of thing Trump used to say when he hired people to supply goods, then told them to fuck themselves when they presented the bill.

And you don't seem to understand the first principle of public finance, so here's a lesson for you:

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS GOVERNMENT MONEY. NOT LABOUR MONEY. NOT TORY MONEY. IT'S ALL OURS.

And they stole it. They should be rotting in prison.
