Coconut oil for me. It lasts so much better than water-based and has a lovely silky texture (and tastes OK if you get the urge for some oral in between the anal). I prefer it vastly over silicone lubes.

It's probably not condom-friendly but seems to be OK and not degrading on silicone toys I use

Usually comes in a jar and is solid at room temperature but slicks up very quickly at body temperature. Extra virgin or cooking grade is more expensive but smoother, the cheap stuff sometimes has minute gritty bits that don't hurt but detract from the lube experience.
